The entire office complex is equipped with WRF ventilation and air conditioning system, featuring minimal electricity consumption.

This location is also 150 meters from the Main Square of King Milan and it lies at a crossroads between East and West. It can be directly and easily accessed from the E-75 motorway and the A-1 motorway.
The street where GBC is located is serviced with over 50 lines of public transport that connect all parts of the city. It is a 5-minute drive away from Constantine the Great – the international airport of Niš and therefore it is an ideally situated workplace.

All tenants are provided with the security service that enables safety and peaceful sleep. There is a 24- hour CCTV camera coverage.

Maintenance of shared common areas is included, with the option of extending the service to the individual tenants, tailored to their business requirements.
